The ladies that works in the cleaners are rude and not friendly, the one older thinner lady that always wears glasses, and the black leggings and another older lady with blonde hair are not friendly at home.

Ive never had any problems or issues in the 19 years Ive been using Pro Clean.
Some of the reviews I see here sound more like sour grapes and illiteracy than reliable, constructive feedback about this business. The laundry area is always clean, all of the machines work, the extractors save me SO much time in drying my laundry, the dry cleaning service has always been top notch and even I who am a coffee snob enjoys their coffee! I have been using the Eastpointe Pro Clean since 1998, and while there have been 1 or 2 "less than pleasant" employees over the years, that is the exception, not the rule. Im trying to figure out what some of these people are whining about. I meant to hit the 4th star, not the 3rd. For $126, I expected CLEAN robes!! They may be ruined now and the manager could care LESS! NEVER AGAIN!!įolks, you get what you pay for with this place!! I commented to her that I was surprised by her "matter of fact" candor with me. WHAT?! I told her they went IN without stains, they should come BACK without any. She actually tried to convince me it was called "invisible sweat" and in washing the robe, the chemicals brought it out onto the surface! She said shell re-do them but cant promise anything. The manager, Ren, was SO rude and unapologetic. When I picked them up, 12 out of 18 of them had a blueish-purple wring at the collars and sleeves! We couldnt use them and I sent them back the next day. They were dusty from construction work, but not so much dirty. I took in 18 choir robes, which were burgundy with cream colored collars. If there is no customers then employees are not needed so no job! I wouldnt recommend anybody to use this cleaners EVEN IF IT WAS FREE!!!!! :( :( If you dont give good service, people dont use your business.
Its hard for me to understand how others dont realized how supply and demand work. When I picked them up and began to get dressed the PANTS were now CAPRIs! After explaining all of this to her, her response was."WE FOLLOW THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS" that wasnt true because when I looked at the tag it says."Hand wash cold, Line dry" "DO NOT DRY CLEAN"! That would mean that someone cant read or comprehend! But Rens nasty attitude, disposition, and BLATANT UNPROFESSIONAL way of dealing with customers is NOT what you want or need.
They said they would be ready the next day 3pm. I had just purchased from Macys 45 minutes prior to bringing them in still had the tags on them. !!!!!! There is an uneducated, unprofessional so called manager named Ren (female in gender) answered my call and I explained to her that I brought my pants in on a Saturday after 8pm to have them cleaned and pressed.
